Beginner Bird Photography overview
Have you ever wanted to learn bird photography but don’t know where to start? Or not sure if you will enjoy it and don’t want to pay for all the equipment?
Well here’s your opportunity. On this course you will get the basic introduction into the wonderful world of bird photography. This course is a one to one course so it will be nice, relaxed and a friendly environment.
The world of bird photography is a fascinating past time, trying to get that perfect shot from either the pose to the correct angle while in flight. While doing bird photography you will start to notice birds a lot more, identify their call and see birds that you have not seen before.
You can spend a lot of time searching for the bird that you want to photograph and then even more time waiting for that one special shot, then you may find that you do not want to give up until you get it.
Bird photography is also very relaxing when you are sat in a hide waiting for the birds to come, listening at the sounds around you and looking at the view’s.
What will be covered
Beginner Bird photography can be quite daunting at first. All those buttons, dials and switches, where to begin? How to attach the lens? Do I just use the back screen or the viewfinder?
All these questions will be answered as this course is aimed at the complete beginner so we will start with the absolute basics.
We will touch on camera controls, buttons to use, how to take a picture and how to focus. Then we will cover camera settings from Shutter speed to the best Aperture, and white balance to use, also composition and technique such as camera shake and ISO.
Upon completing this course you will be sent an email with course notes to refer back to, also I will always be reachable via email to answer any questions that you have.
Equipment needed
You do not need any equipment as I can provide a camera and lens for you to use, so that you are not wasting any money if you do not like this type of photography. If you already have your own that you want to use that is fine.
