COVID 19 INFORMATION
All our workshops are following the latest COVID 19 GUIDELINES. Please check with the government website for the latest information which can be found here.
Flamborough Head has some of the country’s most amazing cliff-top walks, which is perfect for seabird photography. Your senses will be bombarded by the sites, sounds, and smells from the wildflowers to the sound of the sea.
On this full-day course, we will be discovering the wildlife and birds around Flamborough Head on the East Yorkshire coast. We will be covering camera settings and different techniques, IE: Focusing modes, metering modes, white balance, histogram, composition, the use of light and colour, how to use long focal-length lenses successfully, shutter speed.
As for equipment that you will need I recommend a bridge camera or better with a lens of 300mm for a crop sensor or a 400 – 500mm for a full-frame camera.
With the nature of this photography, we can not guarantee that you will see all the birds listed. Also, the walk will go ahead whatever the weather so any payment made is non-refundable unless extreme circumstances dictate otherwise and due to our opinion.
We will not be held responsible for any equipment damage, theft or personal injury while attending the walk participants do so at their own risk!
If you pay a deposit you will be required to pay the remaining balance 48 hours before the day of the course. If you fail to pay the full amount before the day of the course you will lose your deposit and will not be able to attend the course.
